I have covered probate/New Members’ Presentation for the last time (presumably).

Every year it seems to be more of a roller coaster than the last, but I’m grateful for the opportunity to get more photography experience and to have such excellent groups that give me quality content. One of my photos of Alpha Phi Alpha from last year actually won me an award at the state level, so it wasn’t entirely for fun.

Still, I’m glad to do it, but glad it’s over. No more 5-hour events full of “can you move?” (I can’t) and being stuck on the floor of a gym surrounded by 500+ screaming friends and families. The energy in that building is unmatched, for better or for worse.
